  • Q. When I purchase an item from your "online" store, is it secure?
  • A. Yes, it is secure! When you purchase with us, we have a strong secure server that encrypts all your information when sending over the internet.

  • Q. How does the "offline" order form work?
  • A. The offline order form works just like a catalog you would get at home. We sell so many different engine parts that it makes it impossible to put them all on the website for online transaction. Therefore, we created an order print out form that you print out at home, and then send to us via regular postal mail or through e-mail at Capthib@aol.com . This way you know for sure that you are protected, and it makes people that are less comfortable using online transactions able to purchase the products we have to offer.

  • Q. How do I find a particular part?
  • A. First, and simply, just go to our "parts shop." Here we have parts listed according to the drives you are looking for. Remember that most part numbers will look similiar to this: (18-5234).

  • Q. Once I find the Part, how do I find the price?
  • A. After you have your part number, finding the price is easy. Just go to our Pricelists Page and find the part number you are looking for. The Price will be listed there.

  • Q. So you have an offline Order Form and an Online Order Form?
  • A. Yes, that is right. This way, you can purchase our items in any fashion you want. All outdoor, hunting, and fishing items will be available for purchase in our online store.
